(If I just coined that term I am hereby copyrighting it and you can e-mail me if you would like to send me royalty checks. Capiche?)

I have always wanted to make jewelry. Unfortunately, the thread-weaved friendship bracelets we wore by the dozen in highschool is as good as I ever got at it. I still hope to take up the hobby one of these days but in the mean time I can oogle and perhaps purchase the beatiful creations made by a fellow blogger.

Today I am sending you all on over to visit Blest With Sons to check out her beautiful homemade jewelry! She makes absolutely fabulous necklaces, bracelets and ear-rings. And she is raising four boys. Those two things together put her in a special category in my book. :^D

I never plug any blogs or products unless I am really and truly impressed and I am seriously impressed with the products made by Blest. Have you ever seen something like this winnie the pooh piece? She has a Narnia themed one as well which has text and images from the book, The Magicians Nephew. What a unique idea!

Momtrepreneurs ought to be put in the highlight on every Mom’s blog now and then I think. How better to show our approval and support of the resourcefulness and talent of fellow moms than to send prospective customers, or at least supporters, their way?

Proverbs 31

17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.

18 She sees that her trading is profitable,
and her lamp does not go out at night.

19 In her hand she holds the distaff
and grasps the spindle with her fingers.

  1. Oooh, she makes BEAUTIFUL jewelry! She made me a custom necklace after my 2nd girl, and one for a friend for Christmas. Very cool stuff.

  2. Any potential “momtrepreneurs” should check out opportunity to design thier own custom jewelry with a new company called Paragon Lake. My sister has been designing her own pendants and selling them to people in her town (She is in CT). I think she started by using the comment form on the site. Best of luck.
